I know what it’s like to struggle with weight; I did it for decades. Yo-yo dieting, bizarre fad diets, binge eating, the negative self-image, the torturous self-deprivation… Living this way drove me to a staggering weight of 430 lbs! So you could say I’ve “been there, done that”. And then one day I decided to make a change; a BIG change. That decision was the catalyst for a personal odyssey that not only changed my body by allowing me to release 250 lbs, but also changed my entire outlook on life. I rediscovered my “sexy” and have been KEEPING my new Phit & Phabulicious!™ lifestyle since 2011.
It wasn’t always easy, and I couldn’t have done it without the support of my trainer, mentors, friends and family. So, if you, like me, need someone to keep you inspired and motivated, then this site is for you!
