Corporate Clients

Are employee health issues impacting productivity and the bottom line?  Lethargy and absenteeism can have a tremendous negative effect on a company.  Poor nutrition, poor health and poor self image all due to being overweight might be a key factor in determining why your staff isn’t reaching its full potential. Customized weight loss or healthier lifestyle workshops, group coaching sessions, or even company wide programs for employees to address these issues can increase team building and have a positive impact on your company’s overall output.

Your people will learn ways to:

  • Improve eating habits.
  • Deal with life challenges and weight plateaus.
  • Understand and reduce cravings.
  • Increase energy and improve sleep.
  • Get support, skills, strategies and information they need to achieve and maintain their weight loss/ fitness goals.

I believe that with my support each client is capable of moving their life forward and reaching their desired goals.  I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your team.
